My 3hp compressor keeps blowing it's 13 amp fuse. The Manual says this may happen on start.
Do I need to wire a blue commando style socket in the garage, its supplied by a nsb16 in the consumer unit.

I had the same problem with my 3HP compressor, fitted a Commando style socket and a less sensitive MCB and it's been fine since.
