roskt ron, I do remember you, - I did sell the handle in the end lol , I love to bbq as well I have a homemade hot smoker that I love to do whole corn fed chickens in or salmon and sets of ribs -it s beast so I can get a chicken and 5 sets of ribs and a side of salmon in at the same time! lol
I love experimenting with cooking nearly as much as I do eating it

My bus is on a jig in my garage, which is next to my utility room, which is next to my kitchen. Does that count? Last night we had pizza

When serving overseas i had the missfortune to sample the chefs signature dish "FRANKIE-OLIE". it was a pretty horrendous combination of Frankfurters and ravioli pasta. A mixed hybread of delights which when im drunk at a show is a winning dish!

You will need: 1 x tin of frankfurters 1x bag of pasta. Tomato sauce. heat till tepid, slap on semi dirty plate from the evening before and enjoy before going to an over priced hot potato store somewhere in the show ground!!

Enjoy!! :spam1: :violent2:

Ummm - we have cooked a lobster (borrowed a big pan) and also lots of clams, mussels and fresh fish. I go fishing when camped up anywhere near the sea. Next month we will be raiding the Camel Estuary for anything that is eatable :) If Tony C and I end up in the same site, nothing will be left in nearby waters!
