Laying sheet vinyl in a bathroom, any fitters on here?

Hi guys,
Bit of a odd one, got some vinyl to lay at home but in the past have had trouble gluing it down, is there anything anyone recomends?
It's got 9mm ply down on the floorboards .
Last time I used a spray glue but it didn't stick , maybe it was just poor or old stuff?

Proper contact adhesive spread with a notched trowel.
