Anyone know what this wheel might be off

Old KPZ steel wheel dated 9/70. 4 1/2 x 13. PCD measured 5x 112.5mm and the centre bore was 90mm.
No idea what its off, my guess is probably a caravan or trailer. Anyone one have a clue before I scrap it?

Looks a bit like a nsu wheel. Think the pcd could be wrong though. Maybe it's a k70 with that pcd.
