Onion Rings in a Beer Batter, but then sometimes I miss out the Onions and just have the beer, I always end up battered :wink:

I can honestly say that the last time I cooked in the bus we had fillet steak with shallots and Diane sauce, I am a bit of a snob though!

sea bass was one of my best with mange tout new potatoes etc etc, im always called a snob whilst camping though lol , I just think if you don't have enough time to cook decent food when camping - when do you???

Well said that man, your not a snob, you like good fresh food, we met at Croyde one year, you had a Barndoor handle on your bus I had a handle to sell.
I've cooked Kedgery, I bet I spelt that rong, and have cooked Risoto, corn beef hash with runner beans, yum yum.
Personally, I think it's all part of camping, there's only so many bangers and burgers you can eat, heh, no offence to anyone if that's your thing, please don't sue me... :wink:
