dose anyone know what size pozi drive bit is correct size for the bolts?

Its a phillips not a pozi and its a number three try to get a screwdriver with a nut shape on the shaft at the top so you can put a spanner on the screwdriver then add lots and lots of force inwards towards the screw before you try to undo with the spanner as they will be very tight. Penetrating oil will help allot ( not wd40)
