This years agm weekend will 4-5-6 may at Victoria farm, Lutterworth,Leicestershire

Friday 4th
Gates open at 12noon to arrive set up and chill out..
Eddys bar will be open with background music
gates close @ 10:00pm (if your going to be later than this let me know)

Sat 5th
Gates open @9:00
Auto jumble from 10-2pm in the marquee
Seedlings activities will take place in the marquee hosted by your seedlings coordinators Amanda and Matthew child's
Again this year back by popular demand not 1 bouncy castle but 3!!!! Our good friends with the splitty inflatable will be there and there will also be 2 more great ones!!!
Tug of war 2 pm infront of the marquee (rumour has it the sbs boys will smash the rule mob!!)

Van of the year etc will take place and the voting slips will be provided in your welcome packs and should be back at the main gate by 3:30 so we can count

Saturday evening live entertainment come from, and we are please to announce THE MANCHESTER SKA FOUNDATION, get your pork pie hats ready..

The bar will be open so please support eddy and jackie who put so much into the weekend.

Sunday 6 may

Farmhouse breakfasts will be available from around 6:30ish so make sure your up ready..
Rikki will no doubt be waking you all up getting you lined up ag the gate for our famous Stanford hall cruise (for those who haven't been before this is awesome!!! 300 split screen vans all in a convoy to Stanford hall) truly an epic sight!!!

Arrive back to the farm at your leisure Sunday afternoon
Nige and James' quizz will kick off around 7:30-8ish so be seated in your teams early as the marquee gets busy..

MC SAUSAGE will again host the annual charity auction ( lets face it, it wouldn't be the same without him would it)
Please please please if you have anything at all no matter how small or large, Vw related or not we would be extremely grateful of this for the auction!! Please let me know in plenty of time so as I can sort the lotts out..

Monday 7th

That well deserved lie in is in order...

First timer here. Ill be there, vanless, but cant wait

Only been once before (just for the Saturday night), and loved the atmosphere.....

This year we are coming in our new bus

(and it will be our first family camping trip in a split )

of course..how can we miss this..got to get a Split Bus fix now we dont have one
I'll also be there as mag editor looking for buses to shoot if anyone wants their Andy Warhol time...
