Remember to choose your garage well for your winter projects and make sure you don't get ripped off and have shoddy and dangerous work done like I received from this so called vw restoration garage in Evesham.

I am astounded that he has not refunded you the monies promised. That is a verbal contract.
He is lucky that the workmanship carried out under his name has not killed someone.
If it was me I would take out a winding up order for monies owed.
That would remove hime from Business.
At least I know who it is.....and....

My trust in Red9 has diminished

They never refunded any money after they said they would. I repaired and finished the van on my own in my garage and it drives lovely now. I've since heard from other vw owners that have had poor shoddy work done by the garage in Evesham that said they wished they had never gone there!

Well not a surprise..
Their motto seems to align..
Say one thing....do another.
They say that there is no such thing as bad publicity...so I advise everyone to read this thread and make their own mind up...!
I have not a bad word to say for them...I have many...

I thought this thread may be dead and buried by now, not that the work wasn't shocking and dangerous but I didn't think they'd be on a recommended list by Red 9! Still its a warning to others
