Been playing with a scalpel blade this evening. Looks to be plenty of original paint hiding under the multiple repaints.

Well, i still think it`s this Kohlruss bus, description fits in both rarity and the multiple repaints

But to get a few more on board here is clue 3.
(Clue 2 was the ice cream, no one seemed to pic up on)
