Ok.... finally got the dates for you
We are looking at the weekend of the 11th/12th/13th of September
Attached is a map of the venues location. The blue tankard represents the pub, along with the blue “P” representing parking (or on the weekend of the barn door meet, camping!). The address is: The Swan Hotel (pub), Bampton, Nr. Oxford, OX18 2SX. (camping charges will be about £12 per unit per night (not confirmed). The food is excellent and prices aren’t an arm and a leg! Also the very desirable one-off plaque will be available for all those that participate.
This Venue is located on the edge of the Cotswold’s, pretty much in the centre of England, and as you can see from the map, on an island in the middle of the Thames river! The area also has lots to offer for those of you who might want to get out and about.
The camping field opens promptly at 01:00 pm on Friday afternoon (11th of September), there’s plenty of room for everyone, so if you have a barn door, please try and make it regardless of the condition of your bus, you will be made more than welcome even if your bus has to be transported by trailer Also you are welcome to bring parts to trade and don't forget to bring stuff for the obligatory communal breakfast!
