Will keep you posted,found one farm,in lisnaskea,the out buildings are perfect for my needs,nice bit of land to rent out,house needs a LOT of work,will post some pics,you probably know it,about 5 mins walk from carry bridge?

I know Carrybridge, nice area......we all love a doer upper on this site! Somewhere to store the toys is the main thing.

Only reading this now.
I live in Castlederg on the Fermanagh Tyrone Donegal border. I drive a 64 splitty and NI reg 67 Java Green bug. there is great fishing on the Derg River and I know a few who could get you free access to the river.
Also my brother in law is the county vet in Fermanagh (Erne Vetinary - Lisnaskea practise) - he knows every farm in the county if you need any leads.
Pm me if I can be any use and you are welcome for a cuppa anytime.

Oh and the picture of the oldy worldy gothic house you posted - I think it is near Magheraveely, if so I know the story/local legend about it!!

Tony and Amanda. Great meeting you on Sunday. Loved cruising the sperrins and Gortin Forest Drive in my 64 with a splitty in the rear view mirror. Glad Mervyn got you going again.
