update... 6 months into the partial resto and it seems to be coming along, slowly but coming along. Oliver ( the boss) seems to spend most of his time sourcing new busses, and not running the shop, and that leads to a slow pace of work, also he says he is doing 30 busses at once.
It seems the company is expanding rapidly and the operation is getting more professional, there is company headed invoices and a secretary. I have had 3 sets of pictures so far, well below the agreed weekly update, but that doesn't bother me, as I feel i am geting enough info.
So far so good !

I've been making some enquiries into purchasing a bus from East Coast Classics also, i was just wondering how have you been getting on? Are you paying by instalments? How are the rest pics looking? Are you having part resto and having it shipped in container or full resto and roll on, roll off shipping to Southampton by ferry?

Would be good to hear from someone that's dealing with them.

This is all starting to get a pain the the ass ! Its taking a very very long time, nearly 1.5 years now and still no joy. I know that hes doing the work but he should have finished by now. Its very fustrating.

How do you know he is doing the work? .....other than sending you photos.

The bus is not ready. Its just a shell being primed. By anyone's estimation this has taken longer than it should.

and be prepared to wait a lot longer, not sure where you are but quality of work and materials need to be micro micro managed (I meant to say that twice) otherwise you will be gravely disappointed, I expect this will be the case anyway. I recently discovered yet another unforgivable error recently that shows the lack of skill and workmanship
