"What year is it? " Does it matter!
Motorway services a chap walked up to me and said
"Have you packed your van properly?" Looked at the wife and said " pardon" His next statement is " a soldier knows how to pack! Are you in the forces?" WTF
"Has it overheated yet? "
"My mates got a samba one with side barn doors and about 30 windows" "Oh has he " knob.
I always seem to attract people when I'm eating or taking a break somewhere. Do these people walk into other peoples houses at tea time a start up a bull .... conversation?
Even had people looking into the bus and pointing to our breakfast whilst we were eating it!

If someone were to ask me how much i had payed for a bus or whats it worth i would just say
1, More than what your wife charges! or more than your wifes fake Tits. It always seems to leave them stunned and lost for words.

2 good ones in the last week....
Have you taken the chassis out? Is that why it's so low?
What are those things on the side? (Jacking point covers) are they stabilisers?

Asked for the umpteenth time, how much did it cost?
Do you think you'll get your money back?
Can you drive it with the front windows up?

Is is yours?
Is it for hire?
What do you do in/with it? (It's clearly a camper)

Lugging back shopping towards my ratty bus in Tesco carpark. Middle aged couple facing the bus. I come up behind to hear woman saying to bloke "that thing shouldn't be on the road - bet it doesn't have an MoT" Bloke responds " we should tell the police"
So I say "good idea - do you want to use my phone?" Bloke; " no it's OK I have my own" , lifting phone to ear. I calmly unlock bus and start piling shopping in. Woman notices and pulls blokes arm - very red-faced. I get out and ask "did you get through to them - I'll wait for them if you like. I'm sure they will love to meet you two". Exit couple rapidly having animated debate......................

Only today I had a work colleague ask so did you sell your buggy bus?
to which I replied no! And asked him when he was going to trade in his vauxhall Avensis
