I would never ever buy a bus from so far away without seeing it the flesh and then I would have the bus shipped here for restoration.
You have absolutely no control
I do not know this company so I can not pass an opinion but from what I have read here and elsewhere
CAVEAT EMPTOR
DEFAMATION INDEED
SOUNDS LIKE THEY HAVE A PROBLEM IF YOU ARE A DISATISFIED CUSTOMER.
ASK TO HAVE THE BUS SHIPPED IN WHATEVER CONDITION IT IS NOW.
CUT YOUR LOSSES.

The Bus is going to paint this friday 13th of March. Its been a very slow process but things are picking up now. Photos, phone calls. thats all I have needed, its just a shame its not been like this throughout the resto. I'm now excited again. I will plan to travel over to check it out before it gets shipped.
They really have improved the service over the past couple of months.

Slight delay in going to paint, but I saw the pictures of my bus being painted today. I am so happy. Looks like in a month I may have the bus here in the UK.
It will be my perfect set up. RHD walkthrough samba 23 window. I will then need to upgrade the running gear and engine and fit a custom interior. Cant wait.

OK its been painted and from the pictures I have seen so far they have made a good job. I would like to see some close up piccys, as I think some of the engine bay wasn't masked off correctly when they sprayed it, but it could be just a trick of the light.
I really should post some piccys up here and see what you guys think ?.

Get them to send you the custom paint mix details just in case you need to touch up when it arrives after the journey (or God forbid any bits aren't up to standard upon closer inspection).
Is the roof made up of repro panels or an original samba roof grafted on? You ought to get some belly pans fitted too to add back strength (there's a big hole in the roof to compensate for now...)

I think there is some paint left over anyway, and the panels on the bottom come with the kit to keep the strength up. The samba roof is from the columbians so its not an original grafted on.
As I have said before its been a slow process, but I have the patience. The only thing is ive lost my job so money is now getting tight. I hope I dont have to skimp on the rest of it.

Not wishing to be pedantic, but is there a slight kink in the paint line on the front V (left hand side as you look at it) ?

Being REALLY anal, but I can still see a slight kink in the left hand fork of the V as you look face on. Looks like a tiny bit of white would cover it ?
Or is it just me....

Why is there a seam in the long panel?
