Participants information - Inside/Paddock display

Please can you all arrive at 07:45 and park up in the main car park near the paddock entrance gate, located to the far right of the main entrance. It is important that you do not block the entrance! I will find you and provide you with your tickets allowing you access to the SSVC display area. Please don't case confusion/issues by just turning up expecting to show your bus if you are not on the list, as we already have members on stand buy for cancellations and no-shows! Once in you will need to stay with your bus until the display is set up. You will not be able to move you bus until the end of the show, which is normally about 16:45/17:00. This procedure will be repeated for the Sunday display also.

There are no time restrictions for this display and there are not free admission tickets either, sorry.
