The agenda:
Friday
Gates open at 02:00 pm
Welcome pack on arrival. Unloading buses and setting up camp. Swapping and trading Barn Door parts etc.
Evening, a casual affair probably spent in the pub for most people?.
Saturday
Communal breakfast. Swapping and trading Barn Door parts again.
Barn Door line up and photo shoot. Evening entertainment TBC.
Sunday
Communal breakfast, more trading, second photo shoot (Volksworld), possible cruise to local place of interest (pending).
Weekend comes to an end when the last person leaves! Probably around about 03:00/04:00 pm.
Also
If anyone has a small generator and lighting it would be really handy (I will cover the cost of the fuel
.

Hi Rikki,
Update on the bridge at Radcott. I was down that way last night and the bridge was open but at a reduced width, plenty of room to get a bus over though. Apparently it's still closing at certain times of the day for the repair work but I'm guessing the damage isn't as bad as first feared seeing as they are letting traffic over.
Looks like you'll be fine for the big day ;o)
