Not mine, know nothing about Barnies, but I always thought they had a tubular gearbox cross member, not one the same as later buses ?
Can't do links,no idea how to ,but its brown :)

Not mine either but I think I can remember this being a shortened once upon a time?
That might explain the later rear hanger

Haven't seen the pickup you are on about but I do remember talk previously about the possibility of some barndoors having had latter gearbox cradles from factory.

Ben's right. Imported as a shorty bus and "repaired" with a complete rear end from a 58/59 so all incorrect from the cab back as far as I know.

The treasure chest floor welding looks a bit odd?

Looks like the floor has been tack-welded to the edges of the top-hat 'brim' sections, rather spot or plug welded through to the face of the top-hat 'brim'?
