1 spline drop total height

1 spline drop total height

Hi, can anyone with a 1 spline rear drop on RGBs let me know the height of their bus please? (No roof rack or pop top)

I'm assessing my lowering options for my bus. I don't want to slam, just get it in the garage, so I will need to get it to about 1900mm.

Cheers,
Paul

Inner splines and outer splines alter the height differently.

One is 60mm, the other is 55mm.

You can dial in your desired height by using the spline chart below. Increments of 5mm are possible.

You will notice this is for a Beetle, but the bus is the same. Hope this helps.

Cheers. I had seen the chart but was hoping for some real world examples?

Umm.. Your bus is stock at the moment? If so subtract 55mm ( will give you near as damn it).

You then will see what you need to get to your 1900mm.....you can then use the chart to achieve it.

Simples.
