I'm a bit behind the times with this, but I've only just found out that NOVA replaced CE389 a couple of years ago.
I have a vehicle I'm restoring that I bought nearly three years ago, and have the CE389, can I get a NOVA from this? Should I have done it sooner and am I going to get clobbered with a massive fine now for the delay?
