I keep calling them and leaving messages and never get a call back
This has been since the 4th August 2014 till today 23rd sept 2014. I still haven't made any phone contact with them.

I ordered a full air suspension set up back in September last year and still nothing and they charged my ccard. After 20 calls still nothing. Very disappointed!!

Every time I call them they answer, in fact phoned them this Monday, placed order for spring plates and they arrived on Wednesday, the only time they have never got back to me was when I gave them the wrong number ☺️ They are however very slow in posting out the invoice.

It was in response to comments by others that they have been unable to get through on the phone, was simply saying I have not had that problem

I've had the same problem waiting for a complete air ride kit from them. Their system was recommended, but having read the various posts on here I used them against my better judgement. Moral of the story: trust your instinct!
If it's any consolation, the issue around delivery of the Air Ride system is Air Bags, or rather the lack of them. These are "in transit" from the States!.........and have been for the best part of 3 weeks. I did ask Mandy if they were being rowed over and was met with silence.
It really shouldn't be this difficult, particularly as they cash our hard earned quickly enough!

Feeling sorry for all you frustrated guys ...
... I used them over 2 years ago and the service was fantastic and quality was fab
I guess business has got more demanding and it's not looking like they are keeping up with the demands .... Sad .....lets hope they switch it on soon and get back into the good books ....... But that's easier said than done ....... Once burt its hard to trust again

Yes, it's a shame Mark. Mine is a real shaggy dog story, which I'll not bore people with on here.
The real ....... with them is their communication, or lack of it! All they need to do is give their customers an honest "heads up" on what's happening instead of leaving people in the dark or, even worse, telling porkies. At least then they will be able to manage their customers expectations and allow us to manage time frames etc. Most other suppliers seem to be able to do it.
Still, the missing bits are allegedly in transit (although I was told "a couple of weeks" in January) so I should be bouncing along for this years AGM.......or not, as my Bus is on axle stands and has been since the 5th of Jan! Doh!

I had the same, ordered safaris 8 weeks later they were delivered. So before I ordered door window frames I contacted to ask delivery time. Was told they were in stock, after many messages 7 weeks later they arrived. Will be the last thing I buy from them.

And my CE update is still more stalling tactics, they give us a tracking number with ups and when you log on to check it its just a "label created" comes up no postage address and no activity!! What a joke looks like we are heading down uk consumer affairs now!! 8 months waiting for a product is not acceptable.
