the popper position was always tight on my door awning and about 5mm difference on either side. so the measurements may be out or drilled off on installation.
Id probably get a ruff guide from these photos and the drill the popper to suite your awning.

I have the same colour way awning but wanted a green and white striped one...So I think I will have it copied and then drill the holes..
I will then be able to cheat and modify the design to fit on my Devon awning rail!
