Just trying to gauge how many are around the UK ??
I have a 64 Dormobile with the steel cabinets and dormatic seats currently undergoing full restoration having issues putting photos up but will sort out over the weekend.

Hi,
I've got a 1965 two berth Dormobile: Grey Formica kitchen/wardrobe units over the engine and red dormatic seats. Would be good to gauge how many are still about

Hey, hi and yes I'm somewhat 12 years late LOL - just one of those searches what brings up an ancient post! Cut to the chase... I think my Dorm'b is the earliest around - it's a May 62 and they only started doing them in late 61 as far as I know. Good to see another metal interior version! Let me know if you're receiving this before I go into too much depth... I started asking about how many Dormobiles were about once before!

Mine unfortunately is not originally built by Martin Walter as it’s a double door. It was professionally build by a 5ft 8” extremely handsome Scottish chap with inside leg measurement of 31”.

Hi,
Got a 64 dormobile but the original interior was long gone prior to purchasing.
Factory fitted roof with original hammock material and still has the light on the dash to show the roof is up.
Thinking of putting a Devon interior in at some stage.
Thanks

Yeah definitely a dormobile currently with a diy interior from previous owners.
Want to put a Devon in it in the future.
Cheers

I’ve still got a set of original split bus dormatic seats for sale.
