1964 vw panelvan with original sign writting. stock height,reduction boxes etc[as it should be].original 15" wheels,switches,dash instruments etc. only upgraded to 12v electrics and dual circuit master cylinder for safety.
i even have the original engine complete but seized to go with the van,[if you ever wanted to go back to complete stock]
the engine in the van is a recon 1500 sp,with electronic ignition and 200mm flywheel/clutch.
new heat echangers,exhaust,cables,brakes,wheel cylinders,wheel bearings,shocks,steering joints,brake pipes,hoses etc etc !
mechanicaly rebuilt.
body;underside stripped to bare metal,new inner and outer sills fitted,resprayed with epoxy mastif,all seams the seam sealed with tiger seal,then anti stone chip coated and top coated with several coats off L87 PEARL WHITE as original, and finally fully coated with waxoyl.
on top,the paint was t-cut polished then lots off carnuaba/bees wax has been applied.[will keep the rust etc as it is and polish's the paint up lovely.]
no crappy laquer covering the patina!!!
full uk mot and registered.
full width rock/roll bed and a beach hut interior for some fun.
drives great and gets everyone talking and looking.
amazing van,imagine its value in years to come
i would love to keep it,with my 66 samba but i have a 58 panelvan and a 67 slider door microbus that i am restoring next and need to release some funds.
only asking £19,500, [not the ridiculous £30K/£40,OOO that rip off merchants are asking for similar !!!!!]

forgot to say,it still has the original petrol heater fitted under the front seats, looks in good condition and should work after a rebuild !

hi, not really , i have a 58 panelvan needing total resto and a 67 rhd slider 11 window that i have already striped to a bare shell and welded up and ready to turn upside down in the rotisseire to start the underside painting !

YES, IT DOES HAVE ORIGINAL CLOCKS,SWITCHES, HELLA HEADLIGHT,INDICATOR AND REAR LIGHT LENSES.
