Sealing the underside of my bus
Sealing the underside of my bus
by dave_garnz » Fri Jul 11, 2014 4:14 pm
Hi what do you recommend to use to seal the underside of my bus.
My bus is completely stock and patina'd so don;t want anything to rough, but do want to protect the underside.
A clear sealant would be good if poss.

Hi Ya Dude
I used Teronson Aqua 3000
you can paint over it to if ya stupid like me
The underside after all stone chipped
I then keyed up all the areas for Max paint adhesion
Hope that helps ..... But there are quite a few good products out there so you will get more options from other people
Must of the things I did are covered here in the old threadadoozy

This thread may help. There are pros and cons to some products but you will see what I used part way down the first page on this thread and it is still holdinng out well today despite other having an experience which isn't so good. A lot is down to the prep work as ever I think.
