D Post Outer 66 Splitscreen
by Vwdubs74 » Sat Mar 19, 2016 10:30 am
Morning all,
Do you know if anyone manufactures the outer D Post, I have ordered the funky green panels and it is just the inner, heritage don't do them either.
By d-post I refer to the post next to the tailgate inside the rear corners.
What has everyone else done?
Thanks for any help.

Inside the engine lid or rear hatch?
Early or late?
Anything on here?
http://www.autocrafteng.co.uk/shop/spli ... -panels_4/
Matt is repairing mine with these panels....
But not sure about outer...
Can you show a picture.
I bought sections of A post and these have been used as donor for pieces to let in to repair the seal well on the NS.
The OS has the stay channel by the rear hatch.
Dave/ Matt fabricated bottom sections to go next to engine hatch.

Thanks for trying but I've checked all the normal routes, we have just got on with it today and fabricated it all, it appears the d pillar outer is not available.
Just don't get why klassic fab and autocraft do the inner but not outer.
It is the pillar next to the engine lids either side.
