A RHD pedal assembly - that could be tricky to find - can't say I've ever seen one for sale - you do get the pedals themselves come up fairly often - not sure if the pedal itself is any different LH/RH drive - I guess all the usual sources FBI etc would be LHD.
I guess the bit under the floor probably is almost certainly different....
