Cargo door hinge alignment

Can someone help me please. How are the cargo door hinges fixed to the cargo door? Ive aligned my cab doors nicely and have moved onto my cargo door. My vertical gaps are good, pins are good but the right door is about 4-5mm lower than the left? Im at a loss

Yes hinges secured to door. Loosen the screws to body door should slide up, floating nuts.
