Reaming cargo door hinge pins
Reaming cargo door hinge pins
by 58splitty » Wed Sep 11, 2019 7:23 pm
Hi,
The oversized pins are 6.3mm, and the original pins were 5.8mm
So what reamer do I buy, do you buy exactly the same (6.3) or slightly smaller, if so how much?
Cheers everyone

A 6.3 mm reamer equates to 0.248 inches, just a smidgen under a quarter of an inch. Maybe a 1/4” would work?

Adjustable reamer did the job. Youll need a 6.3 - 7mm.
