King Pins + Bushes HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am having great trouble finding king pins and bushes for my 1967 splittie. I have phoned round everywhere i can, but no-one has any. My van failed it's MOT because of them and i've only got until the end of october to sort it out.

Can anyone help? :cry:

Hi, I'm having exactly the same problem and whilst I don't want you to go out and buy them all up before I do I have had an email today saying that they sell them at www.karmannkonnection.com so give them a call and they may be able to help. If not then I'm afraid we are both stuck as I have asked quite a few places!!!! They aren't cheap though (not that you would expect them to be when they are so hard to find) so make sure you are sitting down when you call.

Why not join the Split Screen Van Club - you can then buy direct from our spares department cheaper than anywhere else too !!!!

Steve - I am a member as of 3 days ago. I haven't got it all sussed out yet but can I look at spares on line or do I need to call a telephone number and just enquire?

One of our objectives for this year is to get spares shopping cart on-line. For the time being best to call Ray direct - number's in the magazine.

These are 20mm link pins - 55-63 as it says - Yes completely different these are the horizontal pins which "link" the trailing arms to the upright (king pin) assembly. 63-67 needs 22mm anyway.

Ray has some of the later ones in stock, and early ones should be coming in this week.
