i have fitted one of these after having problems with an after market gear shift connector rod. The plate and cup not only fixed my problem but made a wonderful difference to the shift pattern. very short throw now and feels really good. Money well spent and a very good upgrade.

I fitted onto my early bay camper and replaced all the bushes and I couldn't believe tje difference it made, before it was hit and miss on the gear change after it was so much more better.

Just fitted! Ok nothing like a Berg, but what a difference! Probably the best £8 I've spent on my bus! Cheers all.
Well worth it.
