Hey guys,
Just a quickie!
When you replace the door pins do you run a reamer through the holes first, is so does anyone have one which can be "hired".
I got some pins from wolfsburg west, so i need imperial reamers, either 0.317" or 0.321. Or will i just have to buy the 8.5mm and a metric reamer?
cheers guys?

I am in the same position with regards to the 8.5mm arms & it will be best to get yourself an 8.5mm hand reamer. Failing that get an adjustable one and us a micrometer, if you have one, to get the size spot on with your arms, as these will more than likely be slightly different in size.bu54ter wrote:Hey guys,

Make sure you use some sort of cutting compound for a spot on size. If you dont it could cut the hole oversize and you will be in the same situation as before.

I think its a bit far to post for me, so I am about to have a go at making one, any hints,
I dont want to buy one as I will only use it twice, just got one door to do.
