err no..
Lights and wiper
Large one for the lights should be IIRC a pull out two position switch side lights and then headlights on with a built in rheostat so as your turn the knob to the right it alters the lighting level of the dash board lighting...
The other is an on off switch for the wipers...which may or may not self park

Just forgot to say the handook/ manual pages are from LH.. so flip the positions...for RHD.. just in case...

Check the rheostat works too if you are going to re-use.

Mine were in a similar state with a leaky screen...cleaned up well and work fine...
