Hella light rubbers

Hola
I have a slight problem .... the rubbers on my lights from my puck are shot, i cant put them back on like this and getting them on and off means ripping in the interior vinyl out, so its a one time job ...
As you can see from the pics, the rubbers are so brittle, anyone got any ideas of anything that might be similar ? or someone who could even make me up some replacements ?
