Single Cab chassis advice...

Single Cab chassis advice...

by Rusty Gold » Tue Oct 13, 2020 4:47 pm
I have a '67 Single Cab that needs major chassis work - front to back!

Have seen that Custom and Commercial "Correct Fit" are offering a complete chassis - costs £6k...

Anyone have any experience with this or are we better building it up from scratch?

Any advice greatly received!

Bloody hell mate ,is it really that bad? My 56 single cab came from Canada that had been sitting in a field since 71 and no chassis work was needed at all

Yes seriously bad!
Cab is in good shape so worth saving I think!
That or I'll sell it and start with something a bit better...

Depends on how much you love this truck. Its always best to start with the best you can afford. A bus that starts as a cheap bus, never ends as one from my experience
