You can run stock 15's with the hi-spec calipers, but 14's won't fit. You can run 14's on CSP calipers though.

Now that is interesting. It says no to 15's but someone else today was saying you can run 15's with the big brakes. R32 Tom you had the CSP's on 14's what's best. I had ruled out red 9 because I wanted to run the crows feet

Markp is running 15" stock steels on Red9 discs. Not sure how but he'll tell you if you PM him.

A 4mm spacer. Don't think I would want to space the wheels out further when CSP is a option. Should find out next week if these 15s do fit or not. I know someone who is trying it

I'd go for the hi-specs if I was running 15's. not a big fan of single pot calipers. But can't fit anything else on with 14's!!!

The Red9 front end setup narrows the track by 40mm (ie. 20mm per side) so it should be feasible to use spacers for getting extra wheel-to-caliper clearance.

sorry to dust off this topic, but my question is identical to the TS. Can anyone add some interesting new insights on this, after a few years?
Pics for reference would be great.

I called Red9 with the remark that some people are running 4 pot calipers with 15" crows. They state that it is not possible, unless spaced by at least 10mm.
Very interested in Gaz2110 solution as well

Where is the problem with clearance for 15" original splitwindow wheels?

I had som issues when i put them on my normal baywindow with discs and adapters, i found that the ATE calibers that i had was clearenced to fit, but the Girling calibers was a no go.

Is the problem the ball joints on the red9 setup?

I run steel fifteens all round. The problem is the handbrake levers on the rear Hispec calipers....they foul on the webbing where the rim is welded to the centre.

Simon made me some spacers but they need to be 30mm to clear the levers. Hispec supply a slightly shorter lever too.......
