I know our van is a bay & not a splitty but we are desperate to find Terry the pop top,
It went in for restoration & went walkies along with Dave the garage owner
( who rumour has it is in Trinidad drinking the proceeds of poor Terry) 76 model with rack over the cab, light blue at the time! OAC 403P, my Father in law took it up from Axminster, can anyone help ?

It was supposedly being lovingly restored at Clola Customs near Mintlaw, ABERDEENSHIRE.
Where it went from there we dont know! we hope it`s still intact!

Keep typing 'VW Bay for sale' into google and loads of sites will appear! Keep looking! Dubs4Sale.co.uk is popular with the Bays......

Is his workshop outside Aberdeen, what looks like an old farm/farmhouse.
if so this Dave also took and kept my mate Dougal's bay years ago.
it went in for some work and Dougal never got it back!

Yeah thats the place! seems this dodgy Dave bloke has had quite a good scam going! His neighbour came out of the Garage the last time we visited, Bit of a Willy Nelson look about him.

Yeah he has put the place on the market, the police are quite keen to check this scam out, or should i say Scum!

I'd pretend to be an interested buyer, do as much delaying/messing about... till hopefully you can talk and not through agents, arrange to meet if he's back in the UK, then get the thieving ******** **** ******* ******** ** * ******!!!
