i work at audi and used to fit trackers and they wernt that good, so they are not recomended anymore. These are what have replaced them and are much better in my opinion not only to fit but to deal with and the way they work, cheaper too.

Hi Jim, Paul,
Did you sort out a good tracker and alarm at a fair price?
Many thanks
Arthur

I fitted the skytag system as in camper and bus . Find it works for me,they text me every time it moves, and will contact police if required. Think i paid £120 for unit and about £10 per month

Looks a bit like many others for sale:

Not sure if I trust this one and you have to get the police involved yourself. I think Skytag works with the police.
Cheers,
Gertjan

That one is the same as Camper Tracker but without the branding/box.
I have one and it alerts me when moved, so at least you'll know. That is unless they use a GSM or GPS jammer.
Can call it and it will text you a location that you can open in google maps.
No brainer for £30, although you will need some way of charging that one, the Camper Tracker comes with a charger, but I am sure there other alternatives.

Hi,
Just be careful on the none SOC ones, (secure operating centre) Even if you have it right in front of you and know where it is, the police will not respond to it, this has to come from a liaison officer at the SOC. These are fine if you and 10 big mates can go round to said scum's address, and, ahem, retrieve it yourself
Just remember on any security system, fitting is KING. If you can find it easily by just ripping a panel down, or following some aftermarket wiring, so can said scum. If anyone wants any further help, feel free to fire any questions at me, (it's what I do as a day job lol)
Cheers, Shane, (York)
