Did a trolly dash around Schofields today, Rick there was brilliant!!!
Removed the front panel, it had a big ding in it and the metal had streached, As I want to keep any filling down to a bare minimum if none!! decided to replace it!The acid and coating had done its job it looked like new in there. [/URL[URL=http://s459.photobucket.com/user/PYE-O-C/media/IMG_1420_zpsoms1uib3.jpg.html]
New face ready to go on, none of them there indicators!
The illusive tool box, Rick had a new one in his stash
Got her up on stilts!

Is the new tool box a new repro panel or a NOS part? What's wrong with the old one as I need one for mine.

Its a VW panel, i have been after one for a bit, the old one was missing, looks like someone started a walkthrough project, Schofields have started making the floor panel under it.

Today I have mainly been drilling holes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Due to the Frankenstein neck damage on the R/NS corner and some damage to the sill I decided to replace the long side in total as we had the panel and I have more time on me hands than sense!! It would do away with any filler as well.
!…2………….
Break for the eclipse
A romantic moment, Me Arn the van and Bonie Tyler Total Eclipse of the Heart on radio one!!!
But then even with the welding mask we couldnt see awt for 10 mins!!
502……503………
Panel waiting
802….803…..
Wolfsberg West sill and built in strengthner was twisted to hell had to be unstiched then re welded, ermmmm!!! More drilling!!
902…903….
1002…103
At last side off
