1965 eleven window walk through project (aka 'Lottie')
1965 eleven window walk through project (aka 'Lottie')
by W13BBA » Fri Oct 25, 2013 7:45 pm
Hi,
My husband and I have just bought our very first VW bus, a 1965 LHD walk through. Until recently she resided in Suffolk with Sarah, but has now relocated to sunny Cambridgeshire (not too far especially when on the back of a flat bed lorry!) Previous to this it was owned by Ade and known on SSVC as "Ade's bus".
We have plans involving welding, painting and general restoration. We will keep you posted on our progress.
SO excited

When Lottie was Sarah's bus...
Thank you so much Sarah, for selling Lottie to us. We promise to look after her. Thank you also for sharing your photos with Lottie.
Please stay in touch and watch our progress with Lottie. I promise to add photos so you can follow her journey.
Again, any help and advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
We are very excited about this project with dear Lottie, but we are new to all this, and value everyone's expert advice.
Thank you.

Hello and welcome to the forum and long slow smile filled journeys!
Just a tip, if you remove the extra from your photo links they should appear in your posts rather than us having to go through to PB to see them.
