On the roof or the whole bus ?

It'll be mot'd and camping one day

God I hope it will be.

The roof is will take around a 4 days to correct.

Mine's the same, I've tried getting the out but with no luck. I also had loads of holes in the roof which I welded up and this didn't help, as now they won't even pop back out when I push them. I spoke to paint shop and he just told me to leave them and he will sort it out. He didn't seem to think it was much of a problem

Dents and issues on the side of the roof can be sorted easy as long as it does not look like a 50pence piece, dents or issues with the centre sections can be hassle as if you simply filler them it'll crack or pop out within months ( when in use ).

Mines bang in the centre!! You could push in out but the slightest touch and it would pop back in, now it's just stuck in after I welded the holes up

A few updates

The dash section and rebuilt walkthrough section has been blasted, primed and top coated in just a white I had in stock.

Now we can start welding everything in.

Both seat base sections have been cleaned up, primed and painted

The main reason for all this is this section here, the small void under the passenger seat.
Once welded in you will never be able to prep or paint it.

The seats in the bus were rotten, so as they are almost impossible to find for not silly money we are going to make some.

Image

So first try at making the base

Fits ok but needs a little tuning to get 100%

So once we have repaired these sections we will fit a fully built engine to the gearbox, weld in the engine side tin, then we can fit the repaired fuel tank support panel and luggage panel.

Then the inner engine hatch panel, rear wheel arches, battery trays and rear corners.

Once we have the rear corners on this will show how much of the D post will need repair at the top.
