And to be honest if you are not using the CADWRGT chassis design and construction process with your respective projects you really are back in the Betamax age.

Spent the morning getting the strut mount cut and in. Pretty happy.

Bit low but i have designed it so i can add spacers and raise the bus height.

Finally got round to fabricating the rear engine mounts and the engine mount bar. Next step is to reproduce it in stainless steel.

So a few steps backwards recently but some big ones in the right direction. I had to cut the front suspension mounts off as they were 15mm too far back which does not sound a lot but was the difference between getting a turning circle and having to get the kids out to lift the front round in carparks.

So front now back on with reworked top mount steels -

And some work on the back suspension. Thank fully i am able to use stock Porsche 996 shocks which has made the process easier (relatively) -

Big day today as the bus is on its front suspension for the first time so i have 3 rolling corners.

Cut the tub today to get the extra space for the top of the suspension mount.
