So 3-2-1 go
Repaired/replaced the spare wheel section as it was no longer needed.
Repaired the support frame lower sections
Adjusted the new inner D post to fit the old, just need to fab up some outer sections for the lower bits.
On the chassis it go's
Chuck on the rear wheel tubs
Put on the support frames etc
Rear corner work
Side panel work
And the rear of the year.

Back on the old girl!
Hours/days have been spent removing the old sections and blasting each panel that we are going to reuse.
Still lots to do!
The dash section is now fully welded in to the A post's, the A post are panel pinned in at the bottom and top so we can adjust where needed, the B posts are pinned in to the seat back sections (which are fully welded in).
The front bib or air vent section has been cleaned up and is now welded to the autocraft full windscreen section (this will be modified later so it fits correctly).
And the rear tailgate is put in place so we can set the gap.
The gutter which we made a few months ago is now on the bus...

Drilled a few holes
Put a couple of panels on
Most are lining up ok.
A simple jet annoying problem, B post is too long
Drivers side panels all fitted up, nice to get the door on.
Gap lines are ok but need more work
Here's the more work bit....
Notice the A post is not welded to the inner valance and it is only pinned at the top, this shows just how much adjustment is needed with new panels.
Rear corner work.

Slowly making progress, problems with using three different makes of panels and OG stuff means a lot of building, checking, stripping, building etc
So the join panel above the A and B post under the gutter is in both sides, A posts are in and the inner section of both B posts.
The outer sections of the B post are welded together so we can now fit the cargo door.
New panel old door fitment issues
Sill to B post fitment issue
After over coming the issues everything gets test fitted up.
Lots still to do but its getting there slowly.
