Thank you, it's always nice when people comment.

We have been busy with a lot of other projects but we are back on Betty.

So then.

We have finished off the cargo doors so we can get the gap lines correct, we are going for 3mm all round.

So before we installed the cargo doors we welded in the front arch and the seat base etc so the front end has some strength.
Next up we roughly installed the C post and braced the top section, everything is still loose and will be until the roof braces and skin is on so not everything lines up in some of the photos.

Once we had the gaps lines right we put in the sill strengthener panel and placed the sill on (not welded yet) we also adjusted the cargo floor ready for welding.

So some photos.

Still lots to do.

The rear section of the bus is off again and we are finishing off everything needed before welding it on the bus. Busy few weeks ahead.

Still going at it, so to make sure everything is lining up correctly we have put it all together.

We still need to make a few sections up (support panels etc) and the rear tailgate and D post need pulling back into position.

Lots to do lots to do.....

Photos.

Rear side cut section prepared ready for blasting.

Long side panel and remade window section installed

Rear D post sections have become deformed so this will need lots of work to correct

Rear placed together
