Some gear shift action and I think I have a workable system now with a combination of Porsche boxer cables and shifter and some Somerset engineering added in.

So there we have it. A gear change system made up of some parts from a Porsche Boxter, VW T25, VW T4, Porsche 996 and some random eBay purchases.

so with all the bits back from the powder coaters and the new control arms from porsche it can all go back together (before being stripped again for spraying the chassis but thats the game)

This week finally got round to welding in the B pillars and test fitting the floor. Feels like it is taking shape and there is also every chance it is straight

Offered up the long side panel today and happy with how it lines up on the sill, with the front wheel arch and the door shut. Not so great is the rea arch over the 9 inch Porsche Cup 3 wheels so its off to eBay to get 2 more 7 inch ones which is what is on the front already. I knew it was going to be close but no cigar.
