Long time since an update so here you are, found a little hole in the sill
And as I am not welder useful Bobby at milk and two took the bus in yesterday and replaced inner and outer sill today and I picked it back up at half four this evening.

Next up will be fitting the propex up, I'm thinking of putting it in here if there is enough room for everything

Ha ha I have no idea lol, I usually just spray 3 or 4 coats on and overspray slightly up the panel then just wet and dry till it all looks ok.

I read this thread on nightshift just under a year ago and saw the bus in the flesh at VW Action, great to see it being used so much. It just keeps looking better.
