My clearance has now expired...now I am...ahem... working exclusively for SWMBO...
and playing for myself..
Got the Bosch washer dryer in bits atm..
Do I repair a 12 year old machine that washes 4kg perfectly but now has no heat in the dryer.. blowing the overheat thermostat.
I know the cause..SWMBO operator error (turning it off mid way through high temperature dry before the water can cool it down). but can I get her to accept it..No
So better to buy a new one and think calm thoughts..

First real test of the Single Cab, 214 miles from home to Folkestone, but it was running really well. It’s a different drive to the bus, much quieter as you’re not in a large tin box with an engine underneath it

Stop for fuel at Beaconsfield Services and we’re off again.
And we carried on, hitting the Premier Inn not long after 9pm, a few beers, steak pie and chips and bed, for tomorrow we head to Belgium!

Saturday morning rolled round quickly and we were off for the short run to the Eurotunnel.
Unfortunately lots of delays at French customs and then with the train, but we get on eventually.
Single cab came in useful as a table for breakfast.

35 minutes later were in France, a quick refuel and we’re heading to catch up with the UK Cruise to Ninove.

We caught the cruise at Jabbeke services, managed to meet up with an old friend.

Nice cruise through to Ninove, if you’ve not done this yet get it on the list, it is a must do.

Bit scary near the end, when a French driver slammed straight into a mobile road closure sign while staring at the cruise

Made it to the brewery, real shame only a few from the cruise made it in, we must have been 15 to 20th in the cruise and we were last in.

It was an amazing trip and great to catch up with some old faces that i'd not seen over the winter months

When that dude slammed into that sign it was only 6 cars in front of me .... I heard a big bang and then sore the sign topple over just missing an oval beetle .....

Thanks Mark & G, catch up at VF.

After the brewery we moved the SC down to the hotel, a quick photo out of our window
and we’re out and Saturday night was spent wandering the bars of Ninove in search of strong beer, we weren’t disappointed.

Sunday morning came round a little too quick and the SC was relocated into the centre of the town, got a great spot in the Sexy Semaphore line up.

An awesome show as always, the weather held up well, given the forecast.

We left Ninove on Sunday afternoon and headed for Bruges for another evening of strong beer

Monday we had a lazy morning before heading back to Calais for the train, not before a stop to stock up on beer, guess you might have spotted a theme here?
