A bit more progress on the van. I purchased a set of TMI non-heat seamed front seat covers and horse hair from Greg Noble(Noble Transporter Service) a few months ago. My friend Richard Ducharme is a master when it comes to the fitting of upholstery and is probably the pickiest guy I know, so I knew my seats would be in good hands.

PS. The middle/rear seats are original

I'am super stoked and motivated work on the bus again. Tonight we are finishing off the suspension repairs- driver's side spindle(rebuilt), front/rear Koni "red" shocks and brakes hoses frt/rr.

Thx Gatt.

Something else showed up today;)

An original front kick panel(RF-passenger side). Mine had speaker holes cut into them. I'm still on the look out for a LF kick panel, LF roof panel and door panels. Slowly but surely I'am finding these pieces. My door panels are original but they look like they we're near a bomb when it went off.

If anyone on these forums has original commercial door, kick and roof panels please let me know.

That is a truly lovely bus !!!! My second split bus in 1969 was a velvet green 64 with a Devon interior. I am still in love with it even though it died in 1979 due to the next owner being a prat. I really like your approach - a perfect way to treat an old lady ;)
