Dave,

I hope Dai "donated" that pile of scrap metal to you

You do need to squint a bit to be able to see a '54 Barndoor

I have seen your lovely 23 window, so expect good things from this

I look forward to following the progress..........Good luck Herr Schmidt......your gonna need it

500 mile round drip yesterday to Cornwall on a Barndoor collection and delivery trip. The s**t box is now with Smith and in pretty incredible company.

The old girl has a bit of a fat chick complex parked up next to 3 52 buses!! Haha :D

Right well its been an entire year since I dropped the bus off with Matt, its finally now the deluxes turn to get its weld on. This past year has mostly been spent buying what feels like endless parts for the old girl. A massive delivery of panels from Gerson landed before christmas and the final piece of the puzzle arrived a few weeks ago.

Ive managed to source an rhd 23 window body cut that will massively help in the reconstruction.

Metal work actually starting this week down with Matt,

Plan of action is to remove whats left of the body from the chassis, get the chassis in the jig, rebuild and straighten then re-attach, easy :D

Metal rusted away nicely ready for the front tubs! :D

Floor removed...
