Can figure out what to trim for sill to fit nice. Klassic fab inner post or the Wolfsburg west sill (strengthener fitted already)

Welded a new piece on the n/s seat back today and got the front top hat sitting in the right place. Hopefully get that and a few other bits welded in tomorrow.

A few things finished off this morning and I think I can say I’m finally done with the bloody chassis
Got Wolfsburg west floors delivered this morning too so trail fit of them, seem very good quality. One thing I will say is, if you are fitting these to your bus, don’t cut away the lip at the rear of floor because they don’t come with the return edge for welding. Leave a piece there to plug to I guess.
Anyhow, few bits put in place for pics. I’m happy to be on panel work now

Bit gutted as I bought the complete inner front frame to make life easier and speed up the job. This didn’t happen as took ages trying to line up doors only to find the panel had been made wrong
Good job I cut it up tho, as inside it was already rusting! No treatment in there at all!! Be careful if you fit these guys, get the cavity wax in there as soon as you can!!

Spot welded the inner wheel tub in today and repaired the lower section on the passenger side one.
Will get pics tomorrow.
Hopefully make a start on the other pillar the too and get started on lining the door up
