Most of the front lower removed
It was a painfull task of cleaning up with grinder for quite a few hours today, it's boring but just keep thinking of the results
I'm going to fix the A post fronts then fit the lower inner front sill before I move onto cutting the steps so I keep the rigidity of the bus, found some nest in there too
Trial fit of inner sill but need to repair A posts first
Bus is now a full project in progress!
Should be receiving some more panels in the post tomorrow for the rear and outer sills

Finally put some weld down on the bus today!!
Iv repaired the fronts of the A-posts and played about with the inner front valance to get it to fit,
Once the inner is welded in il repair the inner A-posts and cab steps which will keep it all straight
Then it's on to floor, outer lower front, mid inner front panel and then finally front clip!
That will be the front finished, going on holiday next week though so hopefully il get straight back into it when I'm back

Haha yeah Iv never been this deep into a project before so there was lots of grinding to clean it all up, I still need to do round the rear of the cab floor yet, iv done cab floors before but it will be easier this time as il do the front panel last! Hoping to progress quite quickly once the front is done

Been ill for a couple of weeks since getting back off holiday but a quick progress update
Got the bowls ready to transfer into new front clip
Coming together after a lot of cleaning up with the grinder and double checking the panels
Action shot
Next il be finishing repairs to the inner A posts and the cab steps need replacing before the cab floor goes in,
Cheers Rich

Update from today,
Test fitting the floor and cab step
As you can see new A-post rear fitted now too
Checked with door for correct gap then welded in place
Started painting up any bare metal with hydrate 80 rust killer to prevent any!
Just need to do the otherside and then it's time to fit the cab floor, this cab floor came with the bus but fits a treat! No trimming like when I fitted one in my old panelvan
